Ever since around 7:30 this morning there has been a lot of noise outside. Apparently, noise is allowed after 7 am. Yup. I looked. I guess they figure most people have to at least be up by then, if not already gone for work.
But what about those who don't that schedule? I guess they're just out of luck.
I am really tired. If I didn't have so much to do, I wouldn't think twice about going back to sleep. That is, if I could somehow sleep through the noise.
