I made these the other day, and I am very happy with the recipe. I doubled it, and then made 14 of them, instead of 16, as they come out pretty small. If I was willing to roll them out instead of press they would probably be a better size for a wrap. As is, it is probably the best this way as I probably should be staying away from gluten.
I decided to freeze the pressed dough individually - wrapped in aluminum foil - so that I can have fresh tortillas when I want them. As thin as they are, they defrost quickly. Freezing works really well. You can get the Homemade Flour Tortilla Recipe Here.
