I just made some yummy "ice cream." Next time I will have to take a picture. It was 1 frozen banana (freeze severl hours in aluminum foil - without the peel), 1T carob powder and 2T of peanut butter all blended until I blew my handmixer - and maybe a fuse. I guess I will have to find a different way to make it next time.
But it was still yummy.
